Builder.io is looking to add an accomplished customer success leader to our growing team. As Head of Customer Success, Enterprise, you will partner closely with the VP of Customer Experience to build and develop a world-class Customer Success team focused on driving retention, growth, and adoption within Builder’s largest, most strategic accounts.

You will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward,  leading a high-performing team that sits at the intersection of design, code, and AI. Your team will help the world’s most innovative companies realize the full value of Builder’s Visual Development Platform, including our Fusion and Publish products, transforming how they build and scale digital experiences.

We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven leader who knows how to grow enterprise accounts:  someone who can connect product usage to real business value, expand adoption across teams and regions, and turn initial wins into long-term, organization-wide success. This is an ideal opportunity for a dynamic leader with a proven record of driving measurable outcomes in retention and growth while building structure and accountability in a high-velocity environment.

As Head of Customer Success, Enterprise, you will…

  • Hire, develop, and coach a world-class team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Drive gross and net dollar retention across the enterprise segment through proactive renewal and expansion strategies.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Engineering to align on strategy, drive adoption, and ensure customer success at scale.
  • Implement an operating rhythm that brings structure, predictability, and visibility to the enterprise book of business.
  • Build scalable systems that connect product usage data to human engagement — identifying opportunities for organic growth and enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Champion a consistent, value-based customer narrative that links Builder adoption to measurable business results.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the enterprise customer, influencing product direction, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategy.

You will thrive in this role if you have…

  • 6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related post-sales leadership role in SaaS, including 3+ years leading enterprise-facing teams.
  • A proven track record of driving retention, expansion, and adoption across large, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
  • Experience expanding early customer wins into larger, company-wide partnerships:  taking an initial land within a team or department and methodically growing adoption across the enterprise.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills: comfortable building systems for retention and growth forecasting, account inspection, and performance management.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across C-level and technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered or developer-focused platforms, or modern web development workflows, is a strong plus.

The items above are a starting point for a conversation, not a hard list of requirements. If this role excites you, we hope you will apply.

Why Builder.io?

  • Innovative Culture: Join a team that values creativity and forward-thinking ideas.
  • Professional Growth: Collaborate with top-tier enterprise customers and help shape the future of visual development.
  • Change Maker: An opportunity to shape new ways of thinking and working in global enterprise companies
  • Competitive Compensation: Estimated salary range of $200,000 - $240,000 USD, based on experience and skills.

If you’re passionate about using cutting-edge technology to drive customer success, we’d love to hear from you.

What Builder.io offers you:

  • Unlimited time off. 3 weeks is the minimum that we will ask you to take each year
  • Mental health days. We encourage you to take at least one per quarter to recharge
  • Paid parental leave. 12 weeks of full pay for the birth and care of a newborn child, or for the placement of a child for adoption or foster care
  • $500 home office improvement budget. Help get what you need to be comfortable working in a digital-first environment
  • $500 annual learning & development budget. Feel supported and empowered to continue developing your skills
  • Co-working space reimbursement. Work from any WeWork at anytime with an All Access pass, or reimburse up to $300/month at another local co-working space
  • Health Insurance. 100% employer-paid premiums for medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees, and 50% covered for eligible dependents
  • Additional Insurance. Depending on location, Builder covers your life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and you'll have access to supplemental benefits like accident and critical illness insurance
  • 401k (for US based team members). Contribute to your financial future through our Guideline plan
  • Real equity. We have a four year vesting schedule with a one year cliff. We also have a ten (10!!) year exercise window 🤯  (yeah, we're pretty stoked about it!)

About Builder.io:

Builder.io is pioneering the space between design and development, creating a new category of Visual Development Platform that transforms how teams build digital products.

Our Visual Copilot technology bridges the gap between Figma designs and production code, enabling teams to build interactive features using natural language while working with their actual code, data, and APIs. Alongside our code generation capabilities, our CMS empowers organizations to skip code generation altogether and publish updates to any live site or app in a couple clicks.

Trusted by leading mid-market to enterprise-level companies like JCrew, Vimeo, and Anheuser Busch, we're focused on eliminating the traditional bottlenecks between design, development, and content management.

Builder.io is committed to growing an inclusive and diverse team. We are an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, veteran, genetic information, marital status or any other legally protected status.
