Lead Creative Operations at Superside by optimizing workflows, driving cross-functional collaboration, and supporting the creative delivery infrastructure.
Superside is looking for a systems-minded, creative problem-solver to lead our Creative Operations function. In this role, you’ll drive the workflows, tooling, and enablement programs that power high-quality creative delivery for hundreds of top brands around the world.
You’ll design scalable systems, streamline how teams collaborate, and build the infrastructure that empowers our global creative organization to move faster, better, and smarter. What You'll Do:
- Design and optimize end-to-end creative workflows to improve speed, quality, and consistency across teams.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, running audits and implementing scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Creative leads to develop and roll out tools, templates, and AI-enhanced systems.
- Define and maintain creative services, deliverable specs, and quoting logic across internal platforms.
- Manage estimation tools, budget templates, and project quoting processes to support accurate scoping.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, playbooks, and support materials to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead onboarding and training sessions for cross-functional teams, including Sales, CSM, and Creative.
- Develop enablement content in partnership with L&D and continuously improve team ramp-up processes.
- Support cross-team implementation of new services and tooling, ensuring alignment and adoption.
- Troubleshoot issues with creative platforms (e.g., Figma, Adobe) and serve as the go-to expert for operational systems.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- 3+ years of experience in Creative Operations, DesignOps, or Program Management.
- Deep knowledge of creative workflows, tools, and production processes.
- Experience leading cross-functional process design and operational rollouts.
- Strong communication skills for live trainings, documentation, and stakeholder alignment
- Comfortable working across departments and solving technical challenges.
- Bonus: Background in design or creative project management, and experience with AI-powered services or pricing models.
