Creative Leadership
- Build, lead, and scale an in‑house creative capability dedicated to GE HealthCare Imaging, delivering graphics, infographics, visual assets, and multimedia content.
- Encourages out of the box ideation and creativity to deliver a powerful and bold market presence across the marketing paradigm
- Oversee the ideation, creation, and delivery of Imaging content across global campaigns, commercial activations, and customer‑facing programs.
- Define creative standards and ensure strong alignment with GE HealthCare brand guidelines and global Imaging strategy.
- Develop cohesive, compelling narratives that articulate GE HealthCare Imaging’s value, innovation, and market leadership.
- Partner with global Imaging modality teams, regional marketing, and product leaders to ensure content supports strategic priorities and resonates with customers.
Digital Experience, Innovation, AI and Optimization
- Lead global digital content projects for GE HealthCare Imaging, including website experience, digital asset performance, and content optimization.
- Work with digital marketing and web experience teams to enhance Imaging content usability, engagement, and conversion.
- Monitor performance of Imaging assets across digital channels and provide actionable recommendations rooted in insights and analytics.
- Explore and operationalize AI capabilities that enhance Imaging content creation, personalization, speed, and efficiency.
- Identify and test innovative content formats, tools, and delivery mechanisms
- Uphold GE HealthCare’s brand, regulatory, and quality standards across all Imaging content.
Measurement, Insights & Marketing ROI
- Build and manage performance dashboards, KPIs, and analytics frameworks to measure Imaging content effectiveness and ROI.
- Use insights to guide decision‑making and refine content strategy, creative direction, and investment priorities.
- Partner with GE HealthCare analytics teams to ensure robust measurement standards across Imaging content.
- Continuously monitor Imaging asset performance, customer engagement, and usage trends across markets.
- Drive recommendations for content refreshes, enhancements, and redesigns based on insights and evolving business needs.
Segment Responsibilities
- Partnering with the Executive Director Imaging, Head of Downstream GTM and the Clinical Value Associate Director, help to define the segment narratives and cross modality disease state narratives
- Oversee Imaging Activation Calendar and ensure that global campaigns reflect Imaging segment positioning, intent and impact desired
- Build annual campaign theme to anchor critical events, “always-on” efforts and commercial growth boosters to a shared narrative and vision
Team Leadership
- Build, inspire and motivate a high-performing marketing organization.
- Upskilling through coaching and guidance to nurture top talent and develop associates through Standard Work, feedback loops and deep engagement
- Define and manage critical team KPI’s and measure throughout annual process to deliver results, feeding into daily visual management
- Ability to work across the matrix to deliver results for the team, listening to feedback and proactively seeking ways to deliver at a higher level

Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in creative content leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of the full marketing mix and how collaborative teams can work across the matrix to deploy impactful campaigns.
- Previous experience leading/building digital marketing capabilities
- Proven demonstration of delivering growth, results and campaigns with meaningful top line impact
- High strategic acumen – ability to turn business goals into impactful strategies
- Demonstrated leadership and associate development focus to build strong, high-performing and happy teams,
- Excellent communication, storytelling and influencing skills.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
