Now, we are seeking an experienced Head of Content to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with our unified go-to-market approach. The Head of Content will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, increasing engagement, and supporting business growth.
This role will work in close partnership with the marketing leadership team, which includes leaders from Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Customer Marketing, Demand Generation, Website, Design, and Events. In addition to collaborating with marketing peers, the Head of Content Marketing will engage with other key stakeholders across the organization, including the sales and product teams, as well as internal subject matter experts.
What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a holistic content marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and targets key audiences.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage the content team to deliver high-quality, engaging, and relevant content across multiple channels, including website, collateral, blogs, social media, events, and more.
  • Champion the creation of authentic thought leadership content that demonstrates Audiense’s expertise and relevance in audience intelligence, ensuring the company is recognized as a trusted authority within the market.
  • Ensure that all content assets are effectively atomized and repurposed across multiple formats and channels to maximize their value and reach. This includes breaking down larger pieces, such as whitepapers or webinars, into blogs, social snippets, infographics, or other relevant content types, to extend the lifespan and impact of each asset.
  • Collaborate closely with channel marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, website design, events, sales, product teams, and internal subject matter experts to ensure content consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Champion the effective use and production of video content to clearly convey our expertise and relevance. This includes identifying opportunities for video interviews, explainers, case studies, and event highlights that showcase thought leadership and make complex insights accessible and engaging for key audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure videos are high-quality, strategically distributed across channels, and integrated with broader content initiatives, further strengthening brand authority and audience connection.
  • Use data and analytics to measure content performance, optimize campaigns, and identify new opportunities for audience engagement and growth.
  • Oversee and communicate the editorial calendar to ensure the timely delivery of content assets that reflect our brand voice and messaging.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, audience insights, and emerging content formats to keep our strategy innovative and effective.
  • Craft and adapt content that resonates with prospects and customers at every stage of the marketing funnel, including awareness, consideration, and decision stages.
  • Play a key role in the production and creation of webinars, from topic selection and speaker coordination to developing engaging presentation materials.
  • Devise effective promotional strategies to maximize attendance and on-demand views, ensuring that webinars contribute to lead generation, brand awareness, and audience education.
  • Manage and nurture a team of two content marketers, fostering professional growth, enhancing their capabilities, and inspiring them to excel within this evolving environment.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of proven experience in content marketing, strategy, or a similar leadership role, ideally within marketing solutions or data/analytics-driven organizations.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of how content is utilized within modern marketing and growth teams, with a particular focus on leveraging various channels and social media platforms to drive effective growth strategies and measurable business outcomes.
  • Expertise in leveraging analytics and audience insights to inform content decisions.
