About MirrorWeb

MirrorWeb is a fast-growing, Manchester-born scale-up with headquarters in Austin, Texas. We've earned a global reputation for enabling financial firms to manage risk through cutting-edge data archiving and supervision solutions. We help organisations meet their compliance needs more efficiently than ever before. Our platform captures, monitors and stores all digital communications - whether it's emails, MS Teams conversations, iMessages, or anything else. This helps businesses comply with strict regulations and avoid costly fines like the $5 billion issued by the SEC in 2023.

  • Identify and secure new channel partners, particularly MSPs, to expand our reach and strengthen MirrorWeb’s position in the market
  • Work closely with partners to help generate revenue and achieve sales targets for MirrorWeb’s sales team
  • Provide ongoing sales enablement, training, and resources

What You’ll Need:

  • 5 + years in a quota-carrying channel sales role selling a SaaS product
  • Bachelor's Degree - Finance-related degrees are especially welcome!
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding goals and a commitment to achieving performance both individually and as a team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills both in-person, on the phone and over email
  • Ability to shift priorities, demonstrate flexibility, coordinate multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines

What’s on Offer:

    • Comprehensive Health Coverage – Premium medical, dental, and vision plans to keep you and your family healthy.

    • 401(k) Retirement Plan - We invest in your future with a 3% non-elective contribution, regardless of your own contributions.
    • Generous Paid Time Off - 20 days PTO, plus a day off on your birthday and paid sick leave so you can recharge and celebrate.
    • Enhanced Family Leave - Extra support for life’s most important moments.
    • Flexible Lifestyle Benefits - $100 monthly Juno allowance to spend on health, wellness, learning, or whatever matters most to you.
    • Equity Appreciation Rights (EAR) - Share in our success with an opportunity to benefit from the company’s growth through our equity incentive program.
