Role Overview:

Sxaler is looking for an exceptional, hands-on leader to spearhead new client development, lead our growth strategy, and strengthen client relationships across the globe. You'll be opening doors with exciting technology companies at all stages, as well as key investors across the ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the talent or tech industry.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Lead and mentor the business development team.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development goals with company objectives.

Your background:

• 7+ years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment or tech

• Passionate about the technology industry

• Strong, driven, gritty leadership style

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
