Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary Head of Advisory Services to lead Earned’s expanding multidisciplinary advisor platform through its next chapter of strategic growth. Reporting directly to the COO, this leader will be responsible for shaping and executing our long-term advisory team vision—driving scale across service lines such as wealth management, tax planning, and financial strategy. This individual will be the key architect of Earned’s integrated advisory experience for physicians and dentists, overseeing a national team and ensuring operational excellence and client value creation. Thus, this role is highly strategic.

The Head of Advisory Services will spearhead advisor team strategy, structure, and retention, while cultivating a culture of performance, collaboration, and impact. The ideal candidate combines big-picture vision with the ability to influence across diverse financial disciplines, has experience scaling teams in roll-up or large enterprise environments, and is driven by purpose and long-term equity value. This is an opportunity to drive transformational impact, deliver measurable value creation, and position Earned as the long-term platform of choice for medical professionals nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and scale Earned’s multi-disciplinary advisory platform across wealth, tax, and planning services; define long-term strategy and execution roadmap.

  • Design team structure, compensation models, and performance frameworks that enable scale while preserving culture and service quality.

  • Lead cross-functional teams with emotional intelligence and influence, building cohesion across advisors, planners, tax professionals, and operations.

  • Drive integration efforts for new service lines or acquired teams, ensuring consistency in client experience and alignment with platform strategy.

  • Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing advisor talent, fostering a purpose-driven culture focused on excellence and client outcomes.

  • Collaborate with the leadership team on broader platform growth initiatives, including market expansion and operational efficiencies.

  • Represent the advisory platform in board and investor discussions, articulating vision, performance, and strategic priorities.

  • Instill operational rigor through tooling, systems, and best practices that support scale, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure business outcomes are aligned with long-term value creation, optimizing for both service quality and financial growth.

Key Requirements

Experience & Track Record

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s degree preferred

  • 15+ years in advisory services leadership, wealth management, tax, or financial planning, with proven experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to scale businesses or platforms—either in a roll-up/consolidation context or within large organizations.

  • Experience leading through integration of services or acquired teams strongly preferred.

  • Track record of designing and implementing advisor team strategy, compensation models, and performance structures.

Strategic & Financial Acumen

  • Deep understanding of how to operationalize complex advisory service lines into a cohesive platform.

  • Ability to translate business vision into actionable roadmaps that align advisor incentives and service delivery with strategic goals.

  • Experience working with and presenting to senior stakeholders, including Boards and investors.

Leadership & Influence

  • Strong leadership range with the emotional intelligence to lead across disciplines and personality types.

  • Comfortable managing and influencing across functions—beyond traditional top-down authority.

  • Skilled in leading through change, scaling teams, and building inclusive, mission-aligned cultures.

Execution Excellence

  • Operational mindset with passion for team-building, systems design, and service-line integration.

  • Comfortable working in high-growth environments with shifting priorities and fast-paced execution demands.

  • Committed to building scalable, repeatable processes that elevate advisor performance and client satisfaction.

Cultural Fit & Growth DNA

  • Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments.

  • Committed to building and maintaining a high-performance, feedback-oriented culture with strong accountability and learning loops.

Benefits
  • An attractive total compensation package

  • Employer-sponsored health insurance (medical, dental, vision)

  • 401k + 5% match
