BAE is seeking an HCM Scrum Master to assist with overseeing and management of IT project(s) supporting Human Capital Management (HCM). The ideal candidate for this role will embody a mindset and approach to project management that prioritizes flexibility, continuous improvement, customer focus, and rapid iteration, by combining the principles of "lean" methodology (minimizing waste) with the core values of "agile" (adapting to change and delivering value in small increments). The candidate performs key project management duties to support the IT project(s) and program(s).

Full-Time Salary Range: $94728 - $161038
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Proven experience serving in a Scrum Master role, taking a proactive approach to work
- Versed in Agile methodologies
- Ability to identify and report risks
- Experience with direct tasking to a diverse team of IT and HRIS professionals
- Understanding the PeopleSoft product, its features, and functionality.
- Experience managing technical schedules as they align to a roadmap
- Ability to manage and ensure all project issues are resolved promptly to avoid negative impact to the budget or schedule
- Provide project reporting
- Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.
- Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.
- Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
- Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Skills and Education
- 5+ years of experience as the Scrum Master of a development team
- Experience managing projects in ServiceNow and MS Project
- Experience in leading delivery engagements and working with senior-level management
- Experience working with and managing expectations of multiple Product Owners
- Experience with teaching technical teams basic to advanced Agile concepts such as Scrum and Kanban
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM-I, or SSM) or- Agile Certification (ICP, PMI-ACP)
- Experience in working and managing projects involving PeopleSoft or HCM applications

- Strong presentation skills
- Familiarity with advanced project scheduling and risk analysis techniques
- Advanced Agile Certification (IC-ACC, CSP, SASM, etc.)
- Possession of excellent problem-solving skills to provide technical assistance to IT development teams

- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
