This is an execution-focused role for someone who understands the realities of hardware delivery and can operate effectively within established governance and escalation structures.

What You’ll Do
Hardware Delivery Execution
  • Lead delivery planning and execution for assigned hardware programs from concept through launch.

  • Partner closely with Hardware Product to translate roadmap intent into executable delivery plans.

  • Track schedules, dependencies, risks, and key milestones across engineering, manufacturing, and compliance workstreams.

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and execution.

  • Facilitate delivery forums, working sessions, and readiness checkpoints.

  • Ensure clear documentation, reporting, and visibility of delivery status.

Manufacturing & Supplier Coordination
  • Support delivery execution in an outsourced manufacturing environment, working with Asia-based suppliers and partners.

  • Track supplier deliverables, long-lead dependencies, and readiness indicators.

  • Escalate risks and issues through established channels with clear data and recommendations.

Risk & Escalation Support
  • Identify delivery, supply chain, and compliance risks early.

  • Prepare escalation materials for leadership reviews, including options and mitigation paths.

  • Support recovery planning in the event of supplier, schedule, or readiness issues.

What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
  • 7–9 years of experience in program management or delivery roles, with exposure to hardware initiatives.

  • Experience supporting hardware development and launch in outsourced manufacturing environments.

  • Familiarity with regulated environments (payments, enterprise hardware, or compliance-driven products).

  • Strong organizational, communication, and dependency-management skills.

Desired Attributes
  • Execution-oriented with attention to detail.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity with guidance and structure.

  • Effective communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Growth-minded and interested in expanding hardware delivery expertise over time.

Why Join
