Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • An associate's degree in relevant discipline or relevant technical certification. Candidates with 3+ years' experience in an engineering lab or technical setting, in lieu of degree or certification, will be considered.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD secret security clearance.
  • Motivated self-starter and problem solver
  • Performs wide variety of assembly/disassembly tasks at the component or subassembly level
  • Responsible for maintaining/improving housekeeping standard in his/her work area and adhering to established safety rules and practices.
  • Must have the ability and self-motivation to apply talents independently and with good judgment.
  • Manual dexterity skills required.
  • Must have ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Requires an electro/mechanically-oriented individual with experience interpreting drawings, standards and specifications as well as procedures and work instructions.
  • Must possess the ability to use hand and power tools.
  • Perform repairs on non-deliverable product such as CCA's and sub-assemblies.
  • Able to read and interpret electronic schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Assemble or repair engineering test fixtures with both electrical and mechanical skills.
  • Supports the rework or build of test support or systems cables
  • Use a Digital Voltmeter to measure / verify installed CCA components and perform continuity checks on cabling or follow circuit traces
  • Proficiency in standard and industry-related software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to lift 30lbs on a periodic basis
  • Work with minimal supervision in a high paced Engineering environment.
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently to support program milestones
  • Work overtime as required including off days and weekends

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $58839 - $94143
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
