Job Summary:
We’re looking for a GTM Strategy & Operations Manager to enhance day-to-day operations, lead cross-functional sales and marketing execution, and support strategic growth initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success at DeleteMe. Reporting to the Director, Revenue Operations, this role will also spearhead GTM Engineering—our effort to test and scale high-leverage tools and workflows that automate prospecting, enrichment, and lead flow. The ideal candidate will bring CRM knowledge, empathy for sales teams, and a customer-first mindset, along with a drive to scale and grow.
Job Responsibilities:
-Act as the business partner for Sales and Marketing leadership, ranging from process improvements, providing analytics & insights, to operational support.
-Support the implementation of lead scoring models, optimize routing logic, and ensure seamless SDR-to-Sales handoffs with clean, actionable data.
-Support territory assignment and design, optimizing collaboration across SDRs, Sales, & CSMs.
-Build predictive models to forecast pipeline needed to achieve bookings targets across inbound, outbound, partner, and BC2 opportunity sources.
-Lead GTM tooling & A.I. enablement and adoption across SDRs, Sales, and CSMs.
-Lead GTM Engineering initiatives to pilot and scale innovative workflows using tools like Clay, Zapier, and ChatGPT.
-Build predictive models to forecast pipeline needed to achieve bookings targets across inbound, outbound, partner, and BC2 opportunity sources.
-Collaborate with Business Operations to align our systems strategy across Hubspot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Tableau, and other GTM platforms.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Data Science, Business, or a related field.3–5 years in RevOps, Marketing Ops, or GTM -Strategy roles in B2B SaaS.
-Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing and sales.
-Advanced experience Excel/Google Sheets modeling (vlookups, pivots, sumifs), & basic SQL
-Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoominfo, and related GTM tools.
-Tool GTM enablement like Zoominfo Copilot, 6sense, Clari, etc
-Experience leading experimental or automation-focused projects.
-Comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, scaling environment
-Located in or around the NYC, NY
Nice to Haves:
-Experience as a system admin for SFDC or Hubspot Certification
-Background in cyber security or privacy industries
-Familiarity with direct and channel sales models for a B2B Business
-Experience in a company leveraging both Sales-Lead and PLG motions
