We’re looking for a GTM Strategy Analyst to build and maintain the data foundation for our go-to-market engine - integrating insights from CRM, media, and internal systems to track performance, optimize campaigns, and model growth. This role combines analytical rigor with cross-functional collaboration to translate data into actionable strategies that drive operating, marketing and sales effectiveness.

💪Team: Our 24-person full time team includes alumni of TikTok, Business Insider, Morning Brew, and other top media brands.
📈Traction: We doubled our revenue from 2024 to 2025 and are looking to double revenue again in 2026. We are supported by advertisers who want to reach tech’s decision makers, including AWS, Google Cloud, Anthropic, Slack, Notion, and GitHub.
About the RoleIn this role, you will:
Collaborate with GTM leaders to translate business questions into analytical work, deliver insights and recommendations that materially impact revenue.
Build the monetization model. Forecast revenue and pipeline health, then optimize pricing and discounting strategy.
Own GTM analytics end-to-end. Establish ICP and TAM, prioritize markets, set territories and quotas, and tune MQL to SQL scoring and routing with SLAs, and build the coverage model from segmentation to handoff.
Standardize and quality control our data ecosystem. Integrate CRMs, marketing automation platforms, forms, etc. to maintain cleanliness, and turn them into actionable analysis.
Within 6 months you will have effectively optimized and built out our territory planning metrics including but not limited to:
Headcount Planning
Revenue Forecasting
Funnel Analysis
Pricing Analysis
3+ years of experience in GTM strategy, GTM Ops, Revenue Strategy, Revenue Analytics, Revenue Operations or Business Operations (ideally in a media company)
Primary skills: Spreadsheet modeling, revenue forecasting, capacity planning, funnel analysis, data analysis, AI-first thinking
Secondary skills: HubSpot proficient
You’re more on the ops side of things - we are looking for someone GTM/Revenue strategy and analytics background
You’re looking for a data science focused role (working with large data sets)
Don’t enjoy operating in ambiguity or startup environments
🤑Compensation: $145,000 - 200,000
