Build and maintain Midstream's go-to-market operating system: design GTM systems and workflows, manage CRM and automation stack, create dashboards and forecasting, drive AI adoption, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Partner Success, Product, and leadership to scale commercial operations.
The summary above was generated by AI

Midstream is an AI-native financial operating system for health systems, founded by experienced entrepreneurs and backed by top-tier investors. We give finance, supply chain, and managed care teams real-time visibility into where margin is at risk, with a precise action plan for capturing it before it's gone.

Purpose-built for healthcare's complexity, Midstream transforms structured, unstructured, and external data into instant, contract-aware insights that drive smarter decisions. Our AI agents unify spend and revenue operations across the full back-office, learning and adapting with every interaction and delivering always-on intelligence that no point solution or one-off engagement can match.

We're compressing months to minutes and turning post-period hindsight into in-the-moment foresight. The tempo of healthcare finance is changing, and Midstream is leading it.

Opportunity

We're looking for someone to build the operating system that powers Midstream's go-to-market organization.

You'll design and continuously improve the systems, workflows, data infrastructure, and AI-powered automations that enable Sales, Marketing, Partner Success, and Executive Leadership to operate at their best.

Working closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Customer Officer, you'll simplify complexity, improve decision-making, and build scalable solutions that help our commercial teams move faster, execute more effectively, and deliver greater value to our customers.

We're looking for someone who loves building from first principles, questions inefficient processes, and sees AI as an opportunity to fundamentally improve how work gets done.

As one of the early operators at Midstream, you'll play a foundational role in how we scale. Every workflow you improve, every automation you build, and every system you design will increase the speed, leverage, and effectiveness of our entire go-to-market organization.

How you'll make an impactBuild our commercial operating system

Design and continuously improve the systems, processes, and workflows that power Midstream's go-to-market organization. Build scalable operational foundations that enable Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success to execute more effectively as the company grows.

Own our GTM technology stack

Build and evolve the infrastructure behind our commercial organization, including CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, partner success platforms, AI tooling, integrations, and workflow automation. Ensure every system works together seamlessly to create a reliable, scalable operating environment.

Enable GTM excellence

Develop the operational infrastructure supporting our customer-facing teams—from opportunity management and forecasting to lead routing, customer health, and executive reporting. Continuously improve how information flows across the customer lifecycle so every team can make faster, more informed decisions.

Turn data into decisions

Build dashboards, forecasting models, and operational reporting that leaders trust. Improve data quality, establish a single source of truth, and provide the insights that guide company planning and commercial execution.

Lead AI adoption across GTM

Identify opportunities to leverage AI throughout the commercial organization. Evaluate emerging technologies, automate repetitive work, and help teams adopt new ways of working that increase productivity while maintaining operational rigor and data quality.

Partner across the business

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Partner Success, Product, and Executive Leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into scalable operational solutions. You'll become a trusted partner who helps the company operate more efficiently through thoughtful systems design.

Who you are
  • You have 5–8 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role within a high-growth B2B SaaS company.

  • You've supported Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success through scalable operational systems and understand how commercial teams work together to drive growth.

  • You have experience implementing and optimizing CRM and GTM technology platforms, with a passion for building systems that simplify work rather than add complexity.

  • You're highly analytical and enjoy building dashboards, forecasting models, and reporting that leaders rely on to make strategic decisions.

  • You have a builder's mindset—you enjoy designing workflows, improving business processes, and creating scalable solutions from the ground up.

  • You're AI-native and constantly looking for opportunities to leverage AI and automation to increase productivity and improve the way teams work.

  • You're a systems thinker who naturally connects people, processes, data, and technology into cohesive operating models that scale with the business.

  • You thrive in fast-moving startup environments where ambiguity is expected, priorities evolve quickly, and ownership is shared.

  • You communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams and can influence stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
