Why work at Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. We create the tools and resources our customers need to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams. Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.

Where we work
Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel. The team of over 800 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in-house AI R&D team.

The role

We're launching a new Physical A vertical at Nebius, focused on AI applications in robotics, manufacturing, automotive, and the broader industrial sector. We're looking for a founding GTM (Go-to-Market) leader to build this vertical from the ground up. In this role, you'll lead market discovery, forge strategic partnerships (including with Nvidia), drive initial sales, and work closely with internal teams to shape our product and marketing strategies.

This is a unique opportunity to define a fast-moving, high-impact space at the intersection of AI and physical systems.

You’re welcome to work remotely from the United States.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead Discovery & Go-to-Market

  • Identify high-potential sub-segments such as warehouse automation, industrial robotics, humanoid robots, automotive manufacturing, and smart factories.

  • Engage with early users, test hypotheses, and influence product direction.

  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to craft positioning, messaging, and GTM assets.

Build Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop and manage strong collaborations with Nvidia and other ecosystem partners.

  • Co-create joint narratives, explore co-selling opportunities, and build market credibility.

  • Work with Sales and Marketing to convert partnerships into pipeline opportunities.

Drive Initial Sales

  • Lead early customer engagements, including outreach, sales motions, and deal structuring.

  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to secure and support lighthouse accounts.

  • Help define early pricing models, packaging, and customer onboarding experiences.

Lead Marketing & Evangelism

  • Establish Nebius as a thought leader in the Physical AI space through events, content, and strategic storytelling.

  • Represent Nebius at industry conferences (e.g., ROSCon, GTC), publish insights, and build community trust.

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to amplify our presence and impact.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to shape our roadmap, positioning, and customer journey.

  • Contribute to building the early Physical AI team by supporting hiring for GTM-facing roles such as Account Executives and Technical Architects.

We expect you to have:

  • Solid experience in GTM roles across AI, cloud, robotics, manufacturing, automotive, or other deep tech sectors.

  • A track record of launching new products or markets from scratch.

  • Strong customer development skills and instincts for early-stage sales.

  • Ability to lead partnerships and effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.

It will be an added bonus if you have:

  • A background in robotics or industrial automation.

  • Experience as a startup founder.

  • Familiarity with Nvidia platforms such as Omniverse, Jetson, or Isaac.

  • A strong network in the manufacturing, automotive, or industrial AI ecosystems.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within Nebius.
  • Hybrid working arrangements.
  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values initiative and innovation.

We’re growing and expanding our products every day. If you’re up to the challenge and are excited about AI and ML as much as we are, join us!
