Founded by the team behind PyTorch and backed by AMD, Atreides, Benchmark Capital, Index Ventures, Lightspeed, NVIDIA, Sequoia Capital, and TCV, Fireworks powers production AI with hundreds of state-of-the-art open models across text, image, embedding, audio, and multimodal workloads. Today, Fireworks is a Series D company valued at $17.5 billion, bringing together an ambitious, collaborative team that's building the future of enterprise AI.

We're hiring a GTM Engineer to help design, operate, and continuously improve the systems powering our revenue engine. This role sits at the intersection of GTM systems architecture and field execution — ensuring our tools, automations, and data flows are not only well designed, but actively driving productivity for our sales and marketing teams.

You will work closely with sellers, marketers, and GTM leadership to ensure our systems surface the right signals, eliminate manual work, and help the team move faster.

The Role

Everything about the customer engagement workflow is changing - and the pace of change is faster than ever. You’re someone who wants to invent the sales platform of the future. Our goal is to have a simple and powerful agentic customer engagement experience that enables our sellers, solutions architects and team to win more business. You’re someone who wants to see world class AI applied to our go to market execution.

You architect and operate the GTM tech stack — ensuring tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Harmonic, LeadGenius, LeadIQ, and Zapier work together seamlessly. You build the one stop shop UI that harnesses the power of these tools and makes it easy for sales teams to use.

You’ll design integrations, build automation, and ensure data flows cleanly across systems. Just as importantly, you'll partner directly with sellers to ensure the stack is actually helping them sell — improving workflows, removing friction, and ensuring signals translate into action.

When reps struggle with tooling, workflows break, or valuable signals are missed, you step in to refine the system and make it better.

What You'll Own

GTM Systems & Integrations

  • Design and maintain the architecture of the GTM tech stack, ensuring tools across sales, marketing, and growth operate as a cohesive system

  • Build and maintain integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Harmonic, LeadGenius, LeadIQ, and Zapier

  • Design automation workflows that eliminate manual work, improve data quality, and accelerate pipeline velocity

  • Ensure enrichment data, engagement signals, and activity history flow across systems

Seller Workflows & Tool Adoption

  • Partner closely with sellers and GTM leadership to ensure systems support real day-to-day selling workflows

  • Identify friction in the sales process and translate it into improved automation, tooling, or process design

  • Ensure reps are effectively using the GTM stack — from CRM hygiene to signal-driven workflows

  • Support onboarding and training for new sellers on how to leverage our tools and automation

Data Integrity & Revenue Insights

  • Help maintain Salesforce as a clean, reliable system of record

  • Support the CRM data model, automation, and field governance to ensure consistent data capture

  • Ensure GTM systems produce trustworthy data that can power reporting and decision making

  • Build and maintain reporting that provides visibility into pipeline health, funnel performance, and campaign impact

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations at a B2B SaaS company

  • Strong experience working in Salesforce as an administrator or advanced user

  • Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, LeadGenius, LeadIQ, or Zapier

  • Experience designing workflows and automation that improve sales productivity

  • Comfortable working directly with sellers and translating operational needs into system improvements

  • Strong systems mindset — understanding how data, integrations, and workflows connect

  • Curious about new GTM tools and excited to experiment with AI-driven workflows
