As we continue to grow and disrupt the tax automation space, we're looking for a GTM Engineer to scale our market presence.
The RoleThe GTM Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the internal infrastructure that supports Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll act as the technical backbone of our GTM org, automating workflows, ensuring data integrity, and building integrations across our tools to create leverage for the entire business.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering and revenue operations, ideal for someone who loves building systems that directly drive business outcomes.
What You’ll DoOwn and optimize our GTM tooling stack (CRM, marketing automation, data warehouse, reporting dashboards, etc.).
Build and maintain integrations between SaaS tools
Automate workflows that reduce manual work for sales/marketing teams.
Ensure data hygiene, enrichment, and consistency across all GTM systems.
Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing leaders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Build reporting pipelines and dashboards to provide visibility into GTM performance.
Act as the go-to resource for technical troubleshooting, enhancements, and new GTM tool evaluations.
Technical skills: Strong proficiency with APIs, scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar), and SQL.
Systems mindset: Experience with GTM SaaS tools like HubSpot, Orum, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Fireflies, Databricks etc.
Automation-first approach: Comfort with tools like Zapier, Workato, Tray.io, or custom-built automations.
Business fluency: Ability to understand GTM workflows (lead routing, pipeline management, campaign tracking, etc.) and translate them into technical systems.
Problem-solver: Excited to optimize, streamline, and remove friction from day-to-day GTM operations.
Bonus: Prior startup experience or exposure to RevOps functions.
