About Us

Circle is building the world’s leading all-in-one platform for online communities. We make it possible for creators, coaches, educators, and businesses to bring together their audience with engaging discussions, live streams, events, chat, courses, and payments — all in one place, all under their own brand.

We’re proud to be a fully remote company of around 180 (and growing!) team members from 30+ countries around the world. We seek exceptional individuals around the world, set them up to do the best work of their lives, and in turn, create a meaningful impact in their own lives. We don't track hours, but we do manage for high expectations very closely. We collaborate across time zones, are highly async, and like to document a lot.

Twice a year, we bring the whole company together in beautiful places around the world for our company offsites. So far, we’ve hosted offsites in Turkey, Portugal, Mexico, Thailand, Colombia, Italy, Ireland, and more, with still more to come!

About the role

Circle’s grown to $50M in ARR almost entirely through inbound — now, we’re ready to unlock outbound as a repeatable growth engine. We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to help make that happen!

This role sits on our Sales team and is equal parts systems builder, experimenter, and go-to-market operator. You’ll design and run automated outbound campaigns, build intelligent agentic systems, and work hand-in-hand with RevOps to scale our outbound motion from the ground up.

If you’re obsessed with growth, automation, and making sales teams more effective through modern tooling, this role was made for you.

What you'll be doing
  • Design and execute outbound sales campaigns using AI-powered tools to personalize and scale outreach.
  • Build agentic systems (e.g. with Relevance AI, Clay, APIs) to automate workflows and reduce manual tasks.
  • Own campaign orchestration end-to-end — from persona development, to launch, to performance measurement — using structured campaign trackers.
  • Create and manage an experimentation framework to test outbound strategy, messaging, tooling, and workflows.
  • Use signaling tools (e.g. Common Room, Clay + X) to identify accounts showing intent signals — such as community engagement, product discussions, or hiring trends — across social platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Reddit. Translate these into outbound triggers and prioritized target lists.
  • Manage outbound sequences with Smartlead and similar platforms, building and optimizing multichannel workflows that integrate personalized email, LinkedIn touchpoints, and automated follow-up logic.
  • Partner with RevOps to maintain and improve our sales tech stack — integrating tools, testing new platforms, and ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Source and qualify leads using a data-driven approach, teeing up opportunities for the sales team to close.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on results.
  • Build internal tooling to help reps move faster — from enrichment workflows to Slack alerts to reporting dashboards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration — You'll work closely with three core teams:
    • Marketing: Collaborate to align outbound messaging with product launches and campaigns. Share campaign insights to shape top-of-funnel content and positioning.
    • RevOps: Co-own lead scoring models, maintain clean data flows, and ensure accurate tracking of outbound performance. Sync CRM and outbound platforms seamlessly.
    • Applied AI: Serve as a key partner in developing and testing agentic AI systems that automate SDR workflows. Provide feedback loops, monitor performance, and help scale high-performing agents into production.
What you'll need to be successful
  • Strong alignment with our values, find our values on our career page if you haven’t read up on them yet.
  • You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.
  • Technical proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Outreach/Salesloft, Clay, Zapier, and Make.
  • Experience with signaling technologies (e.g. Common Room) to prioritize high-intent accounts.
  • Strong data skills — you can analyze campaign performance and drive optimization.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered GTM tools like Relevance AI, Sana Labs, etc.
  • Strong outbound instincts: messaging, cadence building, social selling, and copywriting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus points
  • You’ve worked in a GTM Engineering or Revenue Ops role at a modern SaaS company.
  • You bring both technical depth and GTM intuition — a rare combo.
  • You’ve thrived in an early-stage or 0→1 environment, and love building new systems.
