About You:

You have a strong background in marketing with a focus on B2B lead generation and a proven ability to drive tangible growth. You know how to build and optimize scalable, high-quality lead pipelines—from strategy through execution. Data is your compass, and you excel at turning insights into targeted campaigns that convert. You’re equally comfortable leading strategy, rolling up your sleeves to refine tactics, and partnering with sales to ensure leads become revenue. A proactive collaborator, you thrive in fast-paced environments where speed, precision, and measurable impact matter.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Own the vision, design, and execution of multi-channel lead generation programs that deliver high-quality B2B prospects and drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients using a variety of tools such as LinkedIn, CRM systems, web research, and industry databases. Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and other relevant channels.
  • Qualification of Leads: Engage potential clients to understand their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process. Use consultative questioning to determine if prospects are a good fit and update CRM with accurate data on all interactions.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy and organized pipeline of leads, tracking each stage of the engagement process. Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Market & Industry Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities. Share market intelligence with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to leverage campaigns and content for outbound activities. Provide feedback to help refine messaging and positioning.
  • Reporting: Keep track of and report important data such as leads generated, calls completed, emails sent, and appointments scheduled. Analyze results and suggest improvements.
  • Campaign Development: Plan, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns across email, events, and ABM to attract and engage target accounts while growing the sales pipeline
  • Sales Partnership: Work closely with sales leadership to align lead gen priorities with revenue goals, optimize handoff processes, and increase conversion rates.
  • Market Intelligence: Continuously research market trends, competitor activity, and buyer behavior to uncover new lead generation opportunities.
  • Performance Optimization: Define KPIs, analyze campaign data, and implement strategies to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Technology & Automation: Improve the impact of CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to streamline lead capture, nurturing, and tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content, creative, analytics, and client services teams to ensure messaging, targeting, and execution are aligned.
  • Brand & Demand Visibility: Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience: 8+ years in GTM strategy, sales enablement, or a related field, ideally within technology, digital marketing, or analytics industries.
  • Track Record: Shown success in developing and completing go-to-market strategies that increase lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with professional services industries, marketing technologies, and sales processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to use data and insights to inform strategy and improve campaign performance.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence collaborators at all levels.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data analytics tools.
