With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing. We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration.
We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and execution-obsessed AI Builder to join us on a mission to transform how we scale revenue using AI. This isn’t your typical developer role- we want a smart, curious builder who thrives on turning ideas into action and can own entire workflows from concept to measurable impact.
If you're a fast learner, deeply familiar with AI tools and automation platforms, and excited by the opportunity to drive sales growth, streamline business operations, and eliminate manual work, this role is for you. You’ll create AI-powered solutions across our Go-to-Market engine and play a central role in shaping how we work and win.
We’re seeking a highly intelligent, fast-moving individual who combines technical fluency with strong business intuition. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver, native to the AI ecosystem, and motivated by creating a tangible business impact. You don’t need decades of experience- what matters most is your ability to learn quickly, think critically, and execute with precision.
Key qualifications:
- 2-4 years of development experience, with the ability to build functional, scalable solutions (language-agnostic: could be JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Mistral) and automation/orchestration tools (e.g., n8n, Make.com, LangChain)
- Fast learner with a proven ability to understand and optimize business processes
- High degree of independence and initiative- able to run projects autonomously
- Sharp analytical skills and a structured problem-solving mindset
- Track record of building practical tools or automations with measurable impact
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for continuous learning, experimentation, and staying current with AI trends
Bonus Points For
- Experience working with GTM or RevOps teams
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) or marketing automation tools
- Knowledge of semantic search, embeddings, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Portfolio of AI side projects, proof-of-concepts, or workflow automation
