We’re looking for an experienced partner lead to join Writer and help us build our GSI and consultancies partnerships in North America. This person will be responsible for developing the partnership from the ground up, building pipeline, driving partner enablement, and maximizing sales opportunities with our partners. 

You'll collaborate closely with Enterprise Sales and Account Management to drive new logo and expansion revenue opportunities; and with marketing to build robust co-marketing strategies with our partners.  This role reports to our Head of Sales Partnerships. 

🦸🏻‍♀️ Your responsibilities  

  • Build relationships and buy-in at the highest executive levels at large GSIs and consultancies, and gain their commitment to a partnership with Writer 

  • Develop and drive GTM strategy with partners 

  • Navigate complex partner firms and drive widespread exposure and enablement across the firm  

  • Identify and develop new strategic partnerships for Writer 

  • Enable partners to accelerate the size and speed of enterprise-level agreements 

  • Contribute meaningfully to our larger GSI partner strategy

⭐️ Is this you? 

  • 12+ years of Business Development/Partnerships/Consulting/Strategic Sales at an Enterprise software company or large GSI

  • 6+ years of business development and partnership experience with or at a large GSI

  • ​​Proven success in establishing and driving partner initiatives and relationships with consulting/advisory, managed services, or large systems integrators

  • Experience working with high-level executives at GSIs to achieve 7-figure+ deals

  • Start-up experience or success in adapting to a rapidly changing, ambiguous start-up environment

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively both internally and externally

  • Data-driven, with a drive to test, analyze, and optimize for short and long-term success

  • Based in the US (New York or San Francisco preferable) and willing to travel to meet partners frequently
