Growth Operations Intern

Location: Bay Area, CA (Remote/ Hybrid / Onsite)
Duration: 3-6 months internship (with possible extension)

We are building a next-generation AI infrastructure platform that helps developers and companies train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models at scale.

Our platform provides high-performance GPU computing, scalable AI infrastructure, and developer-friendly tools that make it easier to build and run AI applications. We work with AI startups, developers, and research teams pushing the boundaries of AI.

The Role

We are looking for a Growth Operations Intern to help drive user growth and engagement for our AI platform.

You will work at the intersection of growth, product, and operations, helping us attract new users, improve onboarding, and increase user retention through data-driven experiments and community engagement.

This role is ideal for students interested in AI startups, growth strategy, developer platforms, or data-driven product growth.

What You'll Do

  • Help design and execute user acquisition campaigns to attract new developers and AI teams

  • Assist with user onboarding and activation programs

  • Support user engagement and retention initiatives, including referral programs and community activities

  • Analyze growth metrics such as user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement

  • Build simple reports or dashboards to track growth performance

  • Work with product and engineering teams to improve onboarding and user experience

  • Collect feedback from developers and identify opportunities to improve the platform

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.

  • Strong interest in AI, startups, or developer platforms

  • Analytical mindset and ability to work with data

  • Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics tools

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Nice to Have

  • Experience with growth, marketing, or community operations

  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.)

  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or data analysis

  • Interest in AI infrastructure, GPUs, or cloud platforms
