Job Summary
The Growth Marketing Specialist manages all Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic activities for a portfolio of college/university online programs on the Google, Microsoft/Bing, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn advertising platforms. Responsibilities include keyword creation (discovery and expansion), creation and editing of ad copy, sourcing of creative images and videos, trafficking landing pages, review and analysis of landing page performance metrics, budget management, and overall optimization of campaigns. They are tasked with ensuring alignment with strategic goals. They analyze marketing performance and collaborate with internal teams.
This position requires a data-driven mindset, strong digital marketing acumen, and hands-on expertise with performance marketing, making it ideal for a growth-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day paid search, paid social and programmatic marketing activities for 4-6 college/university accounts across multiple search engines (Google & Bing) and social media platforms (Facebook & LinkedIn), including the campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and overall optimization.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of paid marketing campaigns while frequently maintaining and providing clear communication to internal stakeholders. Ensure that accounts meet their cost-per-lead (CPL) and ROAS (return on ad spend) goals.
Develop compelling ad copy that is consistent with the school’s brand messaging and guidelines.
Proactively identify fact-based trends and opportunities for expansion within the paid marketing campaigns.
Demonstrate proficient use of Google Search Ads 360 (SA360) and Salesforce CRM to solve analytical issues and deep dive into account performance.
Perform downstream analysis to understand the long-term impact (student applications and enrollments) of paid marketing campaigns. Adjust campaigns as a result of this analysis and communicate said adjustments to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with teammates on a daily basis. Strive for continuous learning and personal development.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree - Degree in digital media, marketing, communications or related field preferred.
1-2 years of work experience. Internal Risepoint candidates will be considered. External education experience or internal Risepoint experience of any kind can qualify.
Google Search & Display Certified
Highly personable, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Interest and enthusiasm for the Higher Education industry and passion for learning and continual development
Digitally savvy, with specific proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Excellent organization and attention to detail skills
Commitment to integrity, strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines without constant supervision
Ability and desire to onboard, train and work full-time in a 100% remote work environment
