What You’ll Do
Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns
Own performance marketing programs across paid search, paid social, and retargeting
Partner with sales to optimize lead quality and funnel conversion
Run experiments to test messaging, offers, and audiences
Manage marketing automation and analytics tools
Track KPIs like CAC, conversion rate, and ROI
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a focus on growth or demand generation
Proven track record managing paid digital campaigns
Strong analytical mindset and data fluency
Ability to write and test high-converting marketing copy
Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Self-starter with excellent prioritization skills
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience marketing to finance, credit, or B2B operations teams
Familiarity with sales enablement and account-based marketing
Background in startups or vertical SaaS companies
