Company Overview

PetScreening™ is the fastest-growing pet-property tech SaaS company — reimagining how pet management works for property owners and operators. We help housing providers manage residents' pets and assistance animals digitally while driving operational efficiency and generating new pet-related revenue streams.

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead our demand generation and paid growth strategy. This role owns full-funnel campaign development, optimization, and analysis across paid channels, ABM, and partnerships. You’ll operate at the intersection of creativity and analytics — leveraging insights, experimentation, and automation to drive scalable, measurable growth.

If you thrive on performance data, have a knack for testing and optimizing across channels, and can balance analytical precision with creative instincts — this is your next move.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage paid media initiatives — own end-to-end execution of paid digital campaigns across search, social, display, and retargeting to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
  • Develop and optimize omni-channel growth campaigns — integrate paid, owned, and earned tactics including partnerships, associations, ABM, email, and organic channels.
  • Oversee campaign planning and execution — manage timelines, assets, and deliverables through project management software, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Partner with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creative, landing pages, and offers that convert.
  • Design and implement rigorous testing frameworks (A/B and multivariate) to validate creative, targeting, and messaging hypotheses.
  • Measure performance and communicate insights — own KPI reporting, attribution modeling, and dashboards to identify growth levers and ROI opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budgets and media spend, ensuring cost-efficiency, target ROAS, and continuous optimization of channel mix.
  • Stay ahead of emerging platforms and trends — evaluate new paid opportunities, martech tools, and AI-driven optimizations to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Mentor and collaborate with team members on performance marketing best practices, data analysis, and experimentation discipline.

Physical & Core Requirements

Essential Job Functions

  • Prolonged periods of computer-based work leveraging digital marketing tools and analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to lead campaign execution, analyze outcomes, and meet performance KPIs for lead generation, conversion, and engagement.
  • Active participation in team meetings, campaign debriefs, and cross-functional collaborations, including regular in-office attendance as part of our hybrid model.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech environments.
  • 5+ years managing paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.) with demonstrable ROI results.
  • Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.) and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or comparable CRM).
  • Deep understanding of digital attribution models, conversion tracking, and campaign measurement.
  • Strong grasp of funnel strategy and lifecycle marketing, including lead nurturing and ABM execution.
  • Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with creative intuition — able to blend storytelling with data.
  • Startup mentality: resourceful, proactive, and comfortable testing fast and pivoting faster.
