About the Role:
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own and optimize inbound and outbound marketing channels that drive qualified pipeline for Cyderes. This is a highly visible, Player/Coach role—hands-on and execution-focused—sitting at the core of our growth strategy. You will collaborate cross-functionally to plan, execute, and continuously optimize campaigns that engage our target audiences, convert leads, and accelerate revenue growth.
This role works closely with:
Product Marketing and Content teams – to ensure campaigns are fueled by the right messaging, content, and SEO strategy.
Marketing Operations – to ensure data accuracy, automation, and reporting in HubSpot and Salesforce are seamless and scalable.
Sales Development – to maintain strong alignment on lead follow-up, nurturing, and account engagement.
You’ll be directly responsible for managing campaigns end to end—from strategy and setup through execution, measurement, and optimization. The ideal candidate is a confident, self-driven marketer who thrives in a collaborative environment, effectively partnering across the GTM team, with external vendors and partner contacts, to deliver on Cyderes’ strategic brand and demand generation goals.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize multi-channel demand programs across paid media, email, surveys, offers and ABM channels.
- Own the lead management process from lead capture to Sales Development handoff. This role will work collaboratively with sales teams and obtain feedback on quality of MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) generated from marketing campaigns.
- Build and optimize landing pages, offers, and nurture streams that convert website traffic into pipeline.
- Test and evaluate new tools and tactics to improve conversion rates.
- Use automation to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
- Partner closely with product, content and marketing operation teams to ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns across email, web personalization and advertising
- Partner with the Marketing Operations Manager to ensure HubSpot workflows, nurture programs, and reporting dashboards deliver accurate data and insights.
- Align with Product Marketingto ensure campaigns reflect clear positioning and differentiation.
- Responsible for generating MQLs and pipeline through multi-channels (Inbound, Offers, Email Marketing, Tradeshows and Webinars)
- Maintain HubSpot and Salesforce data hygiene, ensuring accurate campaign tracking and attribution.
- Leverage intent data platforms (e.g., 6sense) to identify in-market accounts and sharpen targeting.
- Leverage HubSpot for campaign execution, nurture flows, web personalization, and reporting.
- Collaborate on Salesforce alignment for lead scoring, routing, and attribution.
- Track and report on KPIs including MQLs, pipeline created, campaign ROI, and revenue impact.
- Provide ongoing analysis and recommendations to improve funnel efficiency and campaign performance.
- Communicate results and insights with Sales and Marketing leadership.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience (SaaS or cybersecurity a plus).
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot mandatory), Salesforce (preferred), Gifting platforms, surveytools, ABM and project management systems.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable pipeline from inbound and outbound channels.
- Experience managing budgets and vendors
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration and project management skills.
