We are seeking a data-driven and user-obsessed Web Experience Manager to own the strategy, performance, and evolution of our company's most critical digital asset: our website. As a key member of the Tinuiti Marketing Team, you will be responsible for creating a world-class web experience that serves as our primary platform for brand storytelling, engaging target audiences, communicating our value with clarity and depth, and driving our core marketing objective: generating high-quality leads and sales pipeline for the sales team.

This is a full-time, remote position that will report to the Director of Demand Generation.
What you’ll do:
Website Strategy & Roadmap:
Develop and own the roadmap for Tinuiti.com and associated web properties, collaborating across the marketing team to ensure it aligns to our current go-to-market strategy, campaigns, content launches, product launches, and overarching business objectives.
Champion a user-centric approach, leveraging user research, personas, and journey mapping to inform all web development and content decisions.
Serve as the primary stakeholder for the website, ensuring it meets the needs of the business and our audience.
Monitor competitive web experiences to ensure our site remains differentiated, modern, and aligned with industry best practices.
Identify and integrate emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance site performance, personalization, and user experience.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Personalization:
Establish and manage a continuous CRO program, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and user feedback analysis to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) like form submissions, contact requests, and content engagement.
Implement and manage website personalization strategies to deliver tailored experiences for different visitor segments, industries, and accounts.
Identify, implement, and own optimal tools for onsite CRO strategy, implementation, and reporting.
Analyze user behavior using tools like heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
Own overlay strategy & execution to convert users onsite at optimal points.
Website Management & Operations:
Manage the day-to-day operations of Tinuiti.com, partnering closely with the Brand Studio team and external development partners on projects including web updates, page builds, new block development, and general site maintenance and enhancements.
Serve as the primary POC and site administrator for Tinuiti.com, managing user access and training content creators and stakeholders to create their own landing pages onsite, acting as a resource and final point of quality assurance.
Ensure all web content is optimized for search engines (SEO), user experience (UX), and brand consistency.
Performance Analytics & Reporting:
Audit, revamp, and own website analytics using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and leading upgrades to other platforms, such as GA360.
Create and maintain dashboards to track and report on website performance, including traffic, engagement, lead generation (MQLs), and influence on pipeline.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for marketing leadership and other stakeholders.
Leverage audience insights to inform site content, UX decisions, and conversion strategy.
Technical Oversight & Project Management:
Partner with our SEO specialist/agency to implement on-page and technical SEO best practices.
Work with developers or agency partners on technical projects, bug fixes, and site enhancements, acting as the key marketing liaison.
Ensure the website maintains high standards of performance, security, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.

What we’re looking for:
Required:
3−5+ years of experience in a web marketing, web producer, or digital experience role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing a corporate website to drive lead generation and improve user engagement using website platforms such as Gutenberg Wordpress.
Strong understanding of web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and experience setting up tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Demonstrable experience with CRO principles, A/B testing platforms, and overlay tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, Mutiny, Opt In Monster).
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic actions.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and their implementation
Preferred (Bonus):
Experience with B2B marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Account Engagement, HubSpot, Marketo) and their integration with a website.
Familiarity with personalization platforms (e.g., Mutiny, Intellimize, 6sense).
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with user behavior analytics tools like Hotjar or Crazy Egg.
Understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles and how the website supports them.
The hiring salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 plus a discretionary performance bonus of up to 8% of base salary.
Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
