Shape the future of CAD – As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our demand generation efforts across Paid and Lifecycle channels, helping expand Shapr3D’s reach to Fortune 500 and global enterprise customers.


Drive innovation on a global scale – You’ll lead cross-functional campaign development that spans strategy, execution, and optimization—bringing together creative, analytics, product marketing, and operations teams around the world.

What you’ll do
  • Lead full-funnel marketing campaign development from brief through launch, iteration, and performance optimization

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Creative teams to develop audience segmentation and messaging strategies across Paid and Lifecycle channels

  • Partner with Marketing Operations to streamline campaign execution, documentation, and measurement against KPIs

  • Own and optimize campaign budgets, reporting on key metrics including CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates

  • Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting global enterprise accounts and Fortune 500 companies

  • Use advanced analytics and attribution modeling to evaluate channel performance and optimize the demand generation mix

  • Build and maintain dashboards to share performance insights and strategic recommendations with stakeholders

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Analytics teams to ensure marketing efforts directly support revenue growth

What you’ll bring
  • 4+ years in B2B Campaign Management: Proven experience leading complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Demand Generation Expertise: Demonstrated success driving lead generation and revenue growth through integrated marketing strategies

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Deep analytical skills with proficiency in BI and marketing analytics platforms

  • Campaign Execution Mastery: Skilled at campaign planning, creative briefing, cross-team coordination, and timeline management

  • Technical Fluency: Advanced knowledge of marketing automation, campaign management tools, tag management, and tracking technologies

  • Strategic + Hands-On: Ability to translate big-picture goals into detailed execution plans while adapting to evolving priorities

  • Strong Communication: Clear, concise communicator with the ability to align diverse stakeholders

  • Agility & Proactivity: Comfortable in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and ready to seize new opportunities
