About the Role
Join our burgeoning beauty brand and become a fundamental member of our expanding Growth Marketing team. We are looking for an analytical, entrepreneurial, results-focused Partnerships Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end campaign management and scale our revenue-driving influencer and podcast channels. Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, budget, and execution for OSEA’s performance influencer and podcast channels, continuously ensuring spend, revenue, and ROAS goals are met on a monthly basis.
- Own day-to-day operations across influencer campaign planning, negotiating contracts, developing briefs, reviewing content, managing budgets, performance reporting, and evolving the program’s structure as we scale.
- Continue to evolve our podcast strategy, testing new shows, and identifying incremental opportunities to scale (programmatic, founders interviews, multi-faceted partnerships, etc).
- Partner cross-functionally with our Paid Social team to unlock the full potential of partnership-led performance creative (including whitelisting and paid usage rights).
- Drive reporting and insights to continuously improve ROAS and new customer acquisition.
- Continuously iterate on campaign briefs and scripts to ensure we are creating impactful and efficient content; collaborate with the brand team to support key initiatives such as new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and events / activations.
- Collaborate with the Affiliate team on influencer-driven initiatives through LTK, ShopMy, and related commission platforms.
- Stay ahead of the curve, keeping a close eye on trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to ensure our partnership programs remain a category leader.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing partnership marketing channels / campaigns with performance KPIs (experience with mid-to-large DTC or omnichannel brands is a plus).
- You understand the nuances of influencer marketing various social platforms, content types, and industry best practices.
- You are a podcast enthusiast and are passionate about finding up-and-coming shows and hosts to partner with.
- Proven ability to manage significant marketing budgets effectively and hit ROAS targets, including managing 40+ influencer partnerships on a monthly basis .
- A sharp eye for high-performing content and a deep understanding of what drives resonance.
- Strategic thinking grounded in brand and customer insight—and the ability to translate that into action.
- Experience and familiarity with influencer platforms such as Tribe, Aspire, Creator IQ, or similar.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, including comfort engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves to redesign and scale what comes next.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written, non-verbal, intuitive, psychic et al).
- Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position.

Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000 per year. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.
