So, what’s the role?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead our offline channel strategy and execution. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing evergreen and integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of traditional media, including linear TV, Connected TV/Over-the-Top (CTV/OTT), satellite radio, podcast, and local radio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and awareness through these channels, with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

A day in the life could include:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive offline marketing strategies to drive awareness and customer acquisition.

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution across linear TV, CTV/OTT, satellite radio, podcast, and local radio, including media planning, creative development, and performance tracking.

  • Identify and evaluate new offline channel opportunities to expand reach and diversify marketing efforts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, analytics, product) to ensure campaign execution, measurement, and consistent brand messaging.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize spend and improve ROI.

  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in offline marketing.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.

  • Manage and optimize budgets for all assigned offline channels.

I’ve got the skills… but do I have the necessary ones?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on offline channels.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across linear TV, Connected TV/Over-the-Top (CTV/OTT), satellite radio, podcast, or local radio.

  • Experience managing monthly campaign budgets of $500K+

  • Proven ability to drive customer acquisition and awareness through traditional media

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing.

  • Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms and tools.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
