The paid growth marketing team at Credit Karma supports company growth by owning the strategy and execution of our marketing campaigns across a wide range of verticals and acquisition efforts. The team oversees testing and growth across paid search, programmatic and direct site buys/partnerships. As a Growth Marketing Manager II at Credit Karma your role will be to oversee our strategy, testing and growth across app programmatic partners. You will also manage select digital marketing platforms and will be a key contributor and stakeholder in owning and growing projects focused on personalization and increasing performance. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead strategy and execution for creating and growing our paid marketing DSP and app programmatic efforts
  • Manage select marketing platforms in the programmatic space while driving continual growth
  • Partner closely with product marketing,analytics, partner success and in-house creative to ensure we are delivering best in class targeting and messaging for our members and non-members
  • Present  out to key stakeholders regarding channel growth and personalized marketing efforts that exist off of Credit Karma
  • Analyze performance and identify trends and levers for optimization

Minimum Basic Requirement: 

  • Bachelors Degree (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels of the marketing and product organizations, ranging from VPs to individual contributors
  • Strong mentorship and coaching skills with a track record of educating junior team members. 
  • Demonstrated ability to stand up new programs and improve processes for strong performance and efficiency
  • Previous experience presenting results and strategy to senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical background. Ability to identify marketing trends and improve performance through optimization. 
  • SQL experience is a plus.
