About the Role
As a Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll own the strategy and execution of Unstructured’s growth engine. From running data-driven acquisition campaigns to building lifecycle programs that turn interest into activation and engagement into retention, this is a high-impact, hands-on role with significant influence on Unstructured’s revenue and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid search and paid social) aimed at increasing user acquisition and activation.
-Own growth KPIs, leveraging A/B testing, analytics, and performance metrics to measure success and continuously optimize campaigns.
-Lead experiments and identify scalable channels that enhance conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.
-Drive demand generation through targeted campaigns, SEO, and content initiatives tailored to our ICPs
-Leverage analytics tools to track customer behavior, identifying user segments and optimizing the user journey for increased engagement and retention.
-Work closely with customer success to develop lifecycle marketing and engagement strategies that foster long-term relationships with users.
