About the Role:

As Growth Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for the success of our demand generation programs and the pipeline they produce. You will own the strategy, execution, and performance of our ABM, paid media, email marketing, events, and marketing automation efforts.

Your role is to build these programs into best-in-class by scaling proven plays, raising the bar on the fundamentals (targeting, copy, creative, follow ups), and continuously running experiments to improve conversion rates, lower acquisition costs, and accelerate pipeline velocity.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the channel strategy and performance across ABM, paid search, paid social, email marketing, events, and content sponsorships.

  • Build and launch full-funnel campaigns in partnership with content, product marketing, and sales to target priority accounts and verticals.

  • Work with internal teams to identify new growth opportunities (use cases, verticals, personas) and translate them into actionable campaign plans.

  • Write and optimize copy for emails, landing pages, paid ads, and campaign assets.

  • Partner with the BDR team on list building, outbound sequences, and event outreach to break into target accounts and book more meetings.

  • Use AI tools to streamline research, campaign creation, personalization, testing, and reporting so the team can move faster without sacrificing quality.

  • Manage marketing ops, including audience segmentation, list creation, campaign tracking, performance dashboards, and workflow automation (e.g., nurtures, follow ups).

  • Track campaign performance across the funnel and identify specific optimizations to improve conversion rates and return on ad spend.

  • Manage agency partners to ensure strong execution and clear performance reporting.

What you'll bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing

  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth

  • Strong experience managing ad campaigns and events

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM systems

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup with high ownership

Benefits we offer:

  • Generous compensation in cash and equity

  • Early exercise for all options, including pre-vested

  • Work from anywhere: Remote-first Culture

  • Flexible paid time off and Year-end break

  • Health insurance, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents - US and Canada specific

  • 4% matching in 401k / RRSP - US and Canada specific

  • MacBook Pro delivered to your door

  • One-time stipend to set up a home office — desk, chair, screen, etc.

  • Annual health and wellness stipend

  • Annual Learning stipend
