About the Role

We’re looking for a Director of Growth Marketing who is unapologetically pipeline-obsessed and built to scale revenue engines, not just activities.

This role owns digital-driven pipeline generation across Enterprise and Commercial/Volume segments in the Americas. You will define the growth strategy, lead a high-performance team, and build predictable, demand engines that directly influence revenue outcomes.

You are equal parts strategist, operator, and performance leader. You think in funnel math. You forecast pipeline like a CFO. You use AI and automation as force multipliers. And you build systems that scale.

If you treat experimentation like a competitive sport and hold yourself accountable to revenue targets,  you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll OwnPipeline & Revenue Accountability
  • Own pipeline targets across Enterprise and Volume segments
  • Forecast pipeline contribution, coverage ratios, and ROI across all digital channels.
  • Design growth models that map spend to revenue outcomes with clarity and predictability.
Growth Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and lead the full-funnel growth strategy from awareness to opportunity creation
  • Build always-on, demand engines across paid media, ABM, lifecycle, and conversion optimization
  • Architect scalable acquisition frameworks across LinkedIn, SEM, paid social, retargeting, content syndication, and partner ecosystem in partnership with global teams.
AI-Driven Growth Innovation
  • Operationalize AI across campaign development, segmentation, personalization, performance optimization, and reporting
  • Leverage intent data and predictive insights to accelerate account-based plays
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize across landing pages, messaging, offers, and journeys
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Lead a high-performing growth marketing team (Director/Sr Manager/Managers)
  • Align tightly with Sales, SDR, Global Marketing, Field Marketing, and Channel leaders to improve:
    • Pipeline coverage
    • Conversion rates
    • Sales velocity
    • Deal acceleration
  • Create clear reporting frameworks and executive-level performance narratives
Budget & Performance Management
  • Own and optimize digital budget allocation across channels
  • Build quarterly and annual performance forecasts
  • Drive efficiency metrics including CAC, cost-per-opportunity, and pipeline ROI
You’re a Fit If…
  • You’ve owned pipeline targets, not just lead metrics
  • You’ve built multi-million dollar demand engines in B2B SaaS
  • You’re AI-native and actively leverage AI to accelerate scale and productivity
  • You think in conversion math and performance models
  • You move seamlessly from board-level strategy to tactical execution
  • You never launch a campaign without a hypothesis
  • You build clarity, momentum, and accountability across teams
  • You thrive in high-growth, high-expectation environments
Experience
  • 8–12+ years in Growth Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Digital Demand Gen, or Performance Marketing
  • 3–5+ years leading teams with direct accountability for pipeline contribution
  • Proven ownership of multi-million dollar pipeline targets
  • Deep experience in B2B SaaS (AI, cybersecurity, DevOps, data, or cloud preferred)
  • Strong ABM and intent-data expertise (e.g., 6sense, Bombora, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Advanced MarTech and GTM stack knowledge including:
    • HubSpot or Marketo
    • Salesforce
    • LinkedIn Ads
    • Google Ads
    • AI tools and automation platforms
  • Strong experimentation mindset with full-funnel optimization experience
What You Get
  • High visibility across executive leadership
  • Direct ownership of pipeline impact
  • Authority to build and scale real growth engines
  • Opportunity to shape Americas GTM strategy
  • A leadership team that values measurable revenue impact

If you’re the kind of leader who builds growth engines that compound not campaigns that fade  we want to meet you.
