We are a hemp-derived THC beverage brand selling direct to consumers across Meta, Google, AppLovin, influencer and affiliate, and podcast advertising. As we scale, we are investing in the internal infrastructure to move faster, test smarter, and produce better creative - and this role is central to making that happen.
This role works alongside our Director of Growth - owning the weekly performance report, maintaining the testing roadmap, producing creative briefs, and keeping agency partners on track. You will be in the weeds and you will be the reason things do not fall through the cracks. There is real visibility here and room to grow into more responsibility as you prove it out.

Who You Are:
- 2+ years of hands-on paid social experience, comfortable in Meta Ads and attribution platforms, and able to speak to performance data with confidence
- Analytical and organized with strong Excel or Google Sheets proficiency - you can pull the numbers and tell the story behind them
- Experience writing creative briefs that actually give creators something to work with, with direct involvement and tell the story behind them
- A natural project manager who keeps multiple workstreams on track, manages agency relationships proactively, and follows through without being chased
- Curious about what is working in DTC, actively using AI tools in your workflow, and looking to grow into more responsibility over time
What You'll Do:
- Assist in the execution of the growth marketing strategy, inclusive of Meta, paid media, influencer, and affiliate, and podcasts, as assigned by the Director of Growth Marketing
- Manage and maintain traffic sheets to ensure timely, accurate campaign launches
- Oversee Google freelancer relationship and associated ad spend
- Support the affiliate partner program with the opportunity to take on increasing ownership as the role grows
- Own weekly growth marketing report, produced in coordination with the growth marketing director
- Work closely with the Growth Marketing Director to ideate, hypothesize, and interpret growth marketing test ideas, maintaining a testing roadmap that tracks what is queued, in flight, and concluded for continuous improvement
- Create weekly creative briefings as needed for agencies and internal teams
- Help develop creative concepts and angles for paid ads, contribute ideas to regular ideation sessions, and write production-ready briefs - coordinating the production pipeline from brief to finished asset with UGC creators, editors, and agency partners
- Manage day-to-day communication with a defined set of agency partners, keeping deliverables on track and showing up to calls prepared to discuss performance and push work forward
- Support and manage paid channels, including: Meta, AppLovin, Google, Podcast, and Affiliate in partnership with the
- Growth Marketing Manager, contributing ideas and helping drive performance across each
- Analyze and interpret weekly performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, and LTV) and present insights to the Growth Director and key stakeholders
- Pull and compile the weekly digital performance report across all channels, summarizing what happened, what drove results, and recommended next steps, with the ability to speak to specific optimizations made and their impact on performance
Must-Haves:
- Must be 21+ years of age or older at the time of application
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing or paid media at a DTC brand or performance marketing agency
- Stay current on what is working across DTC and bring observations worth exploring to the Director of Growth
- Fluency in Shopify and third-party attribution platforms such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or GA4
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, including the ability to read performance data and ask the right questions
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and keep projects organized and on schedule
- Clear, direct written communication skills with the ability to present performance insights to stakeholders
- Curiosity about what is working in DTC and a habit of bringing observations worth exploring to the team
Nice-to-Haves:
- Background at a performance or growth marketing agency focused on DTC or ecommerce brands
- Experience managing agency or vendor relationships and keeping external partners accountable
- Hands-on experience with AppLovin, YouTube, podcast, or influencer and affiliate channels
- Active user of AI tools for creative ideation, copy, or workflow acceleration
- Exposure to eCommerce funnel analytics
- Experience in CPG, beverage, wellness, or a regulated product category
Compensation, Benefits + Perks:
- $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
- The final offer will be based on several factors, including experience, skills, overall expertise and location
