Credit Karma is seeking dynamic Growth Marketing Associates to join our Charlotte office. In this role, you will help create highly personalized messages and marketing strategies that touch millions of members every day across multiple channels (including email, push, and in-app).

What You’ll Do:

  • Channel Strategy: Develop and execute high-performing marketing campaigns from inception to launch across owned channels (including email, push and in-app). Leverage audience segmentation, lifecycle automation, and personalization to drive engagement and revenue growth.
  • Campaign Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics, A/B test creative variants, and continuously refine channel marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative strategists, designers and copywriters to craft compelling content, ensuring all campaigns align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences. Lead cross-functional collaboration with creative, analytics, legal, engineering and product teams to bring campaigns to life.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 0-4 years of experience in a B2C marketing role or internship
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven recommendations
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

What we would like to see:

  • Experience optimizing email or SMS marketing for conversion rate, engagement, revenue and/or customer retention
  • Basic proficiency in SQL or other programming languages

Pay Transparency Notice: Credit Karma’s mission of championing financial progress for all starts from within. That’s why we implemented role-based compensation, which ensures people who are in the same role receive the same pay with variations for geographic location only. It’s all part of a more comprehensive DEI strategy that helps level the playing field. The base salary for this role is $109,661, plus equity and benefits.
