At DigitalGenius (DG), we build AI Agents to transform customer experience for ecommerce brands. With our proprietary approach to agentic AI, we’re building the next generation of CX - and have a clear path to category leadership.
We’re looking for thoughtful, ambitious, and execution-focused people to join our team and help us scale. DG is a global company with offices in London and New York, and team members across the world.
Our customers include leading brands such as Clarins, On, AllSaints, Scentbird, Beauty Pie, and Caraway Home.
We’re now looking for an ambitious Growth Marketer to lead our commercial growth in North America - a critical market for the business. This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity to own regional marketing execution and directly influence pipeline and revenue.
Description
The Growth Marketer will be the voice and engine of marketing in North America.
You’ll be responsible for building pipeline that translates into revenue, working closely with the US sales team and reporting directly to our VP of Marketing. You’ll help shape our go-to-market strategy, grow brand presence, and expand our US footprint in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This is an individual contributor role with high ownership (not a people-management position), ideal for someone who wants real accountability, visibility, and impact.
You’ll turn strategy into fully executed, data-driven, AI-powered campaigns across every touchpoint. From ABM and personalized outreach to community growth and automation, you’ll be the engine behind our GTM execution in the region.
This role is for a doer with brains - someone who thrives at the intersection of automation, storytelling, and GTM systems.
📍 Ideally based in the US East Coast (or overlapping hours).

What success looks like
In your first 6-12 months, success in this role looks like:

  • Consistent, measurable pipeline contribution in North America
  • A fully operational ABM motion aligned with sales on Tier 1 enterprise accounts
  • Clear attribution and reporting from campaigns → pipeline → revenue
  • Strong brand presence and engagement within the North American CX community

What you’ll do

1. Campaign Execution

  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel campaigns (paid, email, ABM, automation) from brief to reporting
  • Craft content that attracts, engages, and converts North American ecommerce audiences
  • Launch and manage email and outreach workflows via HubSpot and Lemlist
  • Run ABM activations, direct mail, and gifting programs that make sure prospects remember us

2. Marketing Automation & Tooling

  • Build and maintain automation flows across HubSpot and Lemlist
  • Ensure all campaigns are properly tracked via UTMs, pixels, and CRM sync
  • Keep our Notion marketing board aligned with deadlines, owners, and deliverables
  • Proactively scout and test new tools that push efficiency and creativity

3. Content & Collaboration

  • Partner closely with our design team to brief and QA assets
  • Collaborate with our Head of Demand Generation to align narratives across regions
  • Drive engagement within the CX Collective community in North America

4. ABM & Sales Alignment

  • Build and optimize ABM landing pages and personalized outreach flows
  • Partner with AEs on Tier 1 enterprise accounts, supporting deal acceleration with guerrilla-style, personalized marketing ideas

5. Reporting & Optimization

  • Measure and report performance across channels, tracking how campaigns influence pipeline and deals
  • Continuously test, analyse, and optimize targeting, messaging, and creative
  • Maintain strong data hygiene, enrichment, and operational workflows to ensure flawless execution

Who this role is perfect for
This role is ideal if you:

  • Love being close to revenue and sales outcomes
  • Prefer execution and ownership over theory and layers of approval
  • Enjoy building scalable systems, not just one-off campaigns
  • Want autonomy, trust, and accountability in a fast-growing SaaS business

Why join DigitalGenius

  • Real ownership and visibility in a key growth market
  • A passionate, collaborative global team with plenty of room to grow
  • A culture that values creativity, experimentation, and accountability
  • Competitive salary and benefits

Requirements

What we’re looking for

  • 3-5 years of hands-on B2B SaaS marketing experience (growth, demand gen, or campaign-focused roles)
  • Proven experience with HubSpot
  • Exceptional communication and execution skills - highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns in parallel
  • Metrics-driven mindset with experience tracking budget, leads, pipeline, ROI, and optimization insights
  • Naturally AI-first - you experiment with AI tools daily to automate, create, and optimize
  • Self-starter and collaborative team player, comfortable being the regional “owner” and go-to person for marketing

Benefits
  • Fully remote
  • Competitive salary
  • Generous vacation policy (20 days)
  • Monthly fitness stipend
  • Medical, dental, and vision health insurance (US-based employees)
  • 401(k) for US-based employees
