We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Growth Lead to spearhead initiatives that drive revenue and expansion for xAI, fueling our mission to advance AI-driven solutions and establish X as the trusted global digital public square. In this multifaceted role, you will blend strategy, operations, and analytics to catalyze rapid growth in the evolving AI landscape. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop innovative growth strategies, optimize operations, and tackle high-impact challenges to enhance xAI’s market presence. Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, data-driven, and passionate about delivering results in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Responsibilities- Lead critical growth projects, partnering with Engineering, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams to drive impactful outcomes.
- Develop and refine growth strategies, funnels, and pipelines to meet the needs of strategic customers and market demands.
- Oversee growth operations, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with xAI’s business objectives.
- Present regular progress updates to xAI’s executive team, contributing to the strategic direction of the company.
- Address high-priority growth challenges, setting new standards for xAI’s market presence and influence.
- 5+ years of experience in growth, product, operations, or software engineering roles.
- Prior experience with operations-heavy business models (e.g., on-demand, marketplace, logistics, or supply chain).
- Strong technical background, with the ability to perform data analytics using SQL or Python (a STEM degree is ideal).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a robust analytical approach, with experience leveraging data to inform growth strategies.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and scaling new products or services from the ground up.
- Experience working on operational challenges or as a consultant in high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to build and scale growth initiatives from scratch in a tech or AI-driven organization.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience partnering across diverse, cross-functional teams.
- A passion for xAI’s mission to advance AI and foster open public discourse.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a touch of humor to thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

$150,000 - $220,000 USD
