Own Rayda’s end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion. Design and execute growth experiments, optimize onboarding and product-led conversion, analyze user behavior with PostHog, and build lifecycle campaigns using Customer.io. Establish growth metrics, scale successful channels, document repeatable growth levers, and collaborate with Product, Data, and Commercial teams to improve product adoption and revenue performance.
