In order to help us achieve our goals we’re looking for a strategic Group Product Manager, Partnerships to spearhead our integration strategy and scale our partner ecosystem. 

What we’re looking for

As the Group Product Manager, Partnerships, you will own and drive our product partnership strategy, identifying, developing, and scaling integrations with key partners such as financial institutions, payment processors, ERP platforms, and fintech solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure partnerships drive customer value and business growth.

This role is both strategic and executional—you’ll shape the vision for our partnerships, build scalable processes, and ensure seamless integration experiences that expand our platform's capabilities.

What you’ll do

Partnership & Integration Strategy

  • Define and own the product roadmap for third-party integrations and strategic partnerships.

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners that align with our business goals.

  • Build scalable frameworks for assessing, onboarding, and managing integrations.

  • Ensure integrations enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.

  • Develop concepts, prototypes and wireframes to demonstrate Puzzle’s capabilities, enhancing partner engagement.

Cross-functional Execution & Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering to define API requirements, integration standards, and technical feasibility.

  • Collaborate with the Partnerships and Growth Team to develop go-to-market strategies for partner solutions.

  • Align with customer success teams to ensure integrations provide a seamless user experience.

  • Serve as the primary product liaison for key partners, managing relationships and driving joint initiatives.

Product & Market Insights

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for partnerships.

  • Define success metrics for integrations and continuously optimize for customer impact.

  • Gather user feedback to improve and refine partner solutions.

Operational Excellence & Scale

  • Develop processes and playbooks for integrating with partners efficiently.

  • Establish performance indicators for our partnership API such as adoption rate, usage patterns, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance, security, and scalability of integrations.

  • Manage and/or mentor a team of product managers focused on partnerships.

Who you are

Technical & Product Skills

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships and integrations in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.

  • Experience working with APIs, data integrations, and technical partnerships.

  • Strong understanding of financial technology, accounting software, payments, or adjacent industries.

  • Ability to define and drive product roadmaps in collaboration with engineering teams.

Business & Strategic Thinking

  • Experience negotiating and structuring partnership deals.

  • Strong ability to analyze business opportunities and align them with product strategy.

  • Data-driven decision-making with experience setting KPIs and measuring impact.

Soft Skills & Leadership Qualities

  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate product and partnership strategy effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Proven track record in relationship-building, with experience fostering strong connections with partners and internal teams across the organization

  • Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with ability to approach integration challenges resourcefully and proactively

  • Strong execution focus with proven project management skills and experience driving initiatives from ideation through launch

  • Customer-centric approach with demonstrated passion for delivering value through seamless partner experiences

  • Experience in team leadership, including track record of successfully mentoring and managing product managers and cross-functional teams
