  • Design graphics that support social media campaigns, product announcements, and updates, while creating promotional visuals for product launches, community activations, and partnerships. The role also involves supporting broader marketing initiatives by producing visually engaging campaign assets that effectively communicate Onboard’s messaging across digital channels.
  • Design visual assets for product education content, including tutorials, feature walkthroughs, and product navigation guides, while working closely with the product team to translate complex features into clear, simple visual explanations that make the product easier for users to understand and navigate.
  • Design visual assets used across community platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and X, including event posters, announcement graphics, and campaign banners that support community engagement and growth initiatives.
  • Ensure all visual outputs remain consistent with Onboard’s brand identity while maintaining well-organised design files and reusable templates for the team. The role also supports the improvement and documentation of the brand design system, where needed to maintain consistency as the company grows.

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a startup, fintech, or digital product environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, product, and growth-focused design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and Canva for rapid asset production.
  • Ability to translate ideas and product concepts into clear, engaging visual assets that communicate effectively.
  • Strong understanding of design thinking, problem-solving, and visual storytelling for brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to think both creatively and analytically, using design to drive performance, engagement, and user adoption.
  • Experience creating brand assets such as illustrations, design mockups, campaign graphics, and branded merchandise.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, or video editing tools is a strong advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining visual consistency across brand touchpoints.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, growth, product, and web.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple design requests in a fast-moving environment.
  • A self-starter who requires minimal supervision, able to identify problems and proactively develop design solutions.

What Success Looks Like

  • Marketing campaigns are supported by strong, visually consistent designs
  • Product education materials become clearer and easier for users to understand
  • Community announcements and promotions are visually engaging and shareable
  • The Onboard brand develops a recognisable and consistent visual presence
