The Graphic Designer will create marketing materials for Husqvarna, ensuring brand standards are met, while managing multiple projects and collaborating with teams.
As a member of the North American Marketing Creative Services Team, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing marketing and sales materials for Husqvarna outdoor power equipment. Design materials include, but are not limited to, digital and social advertising, motion graphics, trade show graphics, sales and marketing presentations, product brochures, point-of-purchase materials, web graphics & banners.
What You Need to Know:
- Work as an integral part of the Marketing Creative Services team to bring marketing strategies to life.
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions for digital and print media such as websites, mobile apps, printed marketing materials, and product packaging
- Ensure that design solutions meet brand standards and requirements (style, structure, tone, etc.) and that verbal and visual expressions work hand in hand
- Assist internal and external associates with graphic design support as needed creating form templates, labels, and providing artwork and logos
- Content management/ updates of internal asset management system (Aprimo), including: file upload, categorization, tagging and retrieval.
- Work with external creative agencies to develop collateral, sales material and videos etc.as needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering quality results within set deadlines.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer or related field (preferred)
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently without close supervision
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines, plus incorporate feedback from key stakeholders while delivering graphic design excellence
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with structured file management system, including formulaic naming conventions, file structures and archival system.
- Strong attention to detail in management of digital assets, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and completeness of all records.
- Experience with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred)
- Basic HTML knowledge
