The role

As our Graphic Designer, you will help shape visual identity and drive design production across our client roster, from concept to final export. Working alongside our Creative Director and fellow Graphic Designers, you’ll translate briefs into polished, on-brand visuals, decks, social assets, and campaign creative, mainly in Figma, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate asset generation without sacrificing quality.

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio in crypto or Web3
  • Deep understanding of Web3
  • Expert-level Figma skills, this is your main tool and where most of your work will happen
  • Proficient in AI creative tools for asset generation (e.g., Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney) to speed up ideation and production
  • Comfortable in classic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) as a complement to Figma
  • Strong eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency across formats
  • Ability to work async in a fast-moving startup environment
