POSITION: Graphic Designer & Multimedia Specialist

We’re looking for a highly skilled designer who can create modern, clean, and on-brand visual assets for Road Rebel’s multi-industry marketing ecosystem. You must be a strong visual storyteller who understands brand systems, layout hierarchy, typography, and multimedia execution.

If you love creating professional design work that actually influences business outcomes, this role is for you.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

✔ Produce high-quality graphics and layouts for:

  • Sales decks, capability presentations, one-pagers
  • Infographics, data visualizations, brand assets
  • Event materials, playbooks, and marketing collateral
  • Case study designs and onboarding materials
  • Support Meta Post Creation (Instagram/Facebook) & LinkedIn posts (carousels, stories, reels graphics) in collaboration with the Social Media Manager

✔ Create light video edits for social media (reels, shorts, quick montage edits)

✔ Apply the Road Rebel Brand Guidelines consistently across content renders

✔ Maintain and expand a visual asset library (icons, templates, layouts)

✔ Collaborate with the Social Media Manager & Marketing Director

✔ Repurpose raw content into professional, polished visuals

✔ Ensure all assets follow correct platform specs and brand tone


QUALIFICATIONS


Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of design experience (B2B or corporate preferred)

• Expert-level Canva + strong Adobe Suite skills

• Portfolio demonstrating clean, modern design and layout mastery

• Ability to design for both digital and print

• Strong typography and composition

• Experience editing short-form videos

• Fast turnaround time and strong attention to detail

• Ability to coordinate in U.S. time overlap (2–4 hours overlap)


Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience designing for sports, film, media, or entertainment

• Familiarity with LinkedIn/Instagram content formats

• Knowledge of brand systems and corporate identity work
