About the Role
We are currently hiring a talented and experienced Graphic Designer & Motion Designer to join our team full-time. This role is for someone who knows what they’re doing, works fast, understands branding, and can bring ideas to life through strong visuals and motion.
If your portfolio is weak, this is not for you. We are looking for proven experience and real work to show.
Responsibilities
• Design high-quality graphics for social media, ads, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Create engaging motion graphics and short-form video content
• Develop brand assets and maintain visual consistency
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams
• Deliver projects on time without constant supervision
• Take creative direction and turn it into strong visual output
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Motion Designer
• Strong portfolio (REQUIRED – applications without portfolio will not be considered)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and animation principles
• Ability to work full-time and meet deadlines consistently
• High attention to detail
Nice to Have
• Experience working with international brands
• Experience creating performance-driven ad creatives
• Basic video editing skills beyond motion graphics
