  • Research and apply evolving platform specs and creative trends, bringing new ideas, design references, and techniques to the team to inspire fresh, effective creative work

  • Stay familiar with our products and audiences to ensure all deliverables connect with the intended audience and align with our visual identity

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketers, copywriters, designers, and sales leaders to gather input, understand messaging goals, and incorporate feedback

  • Support storyboarding and pre-production for video projects, aligning creative vision with scripts, messaging, and timelines

  • Apply and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency while finding thoughtful ways to push the visual identity forward

  • Contribute to ideation and creative planning sessions by sharing strategic ideas, thoughtful input, and well-reasoned concepts with the team

  • Manage and prioritize concurrent priorities and timelines and proactively communicating status and blockers to project manager

What You'll Need to be Successful:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, video editing, and digital design

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

  • Comfortable building video content to spec across channels (YouTube, paid social, site, etc.)

  • Ability to interpret brand systems and style guides while applying strong layout, hierarchy, and typography principles

  • Experience storyboarding, developing video creative concepts, and aligning visual treatments with marketing objectives

  • Excellent communication skills - able to present design rationale, give and receive feedback, and collaborate effectively

  • Strong attention to detail, with proven time management and project organization skills

  • 4+ years of experience in a digital, multimedia, or in-house brand design role

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
