Our client is looking for a Full-Time Junior Graphic Designer to support their marketing and design teams by delivering precise, high-quality print and digital materials. Over the past few years, they have established themselves as one of the leading global real estate firms, known for their commitment to design excellence, innovation, and brand consistency across their marketing communications.

This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented design professional eager to grow within a global corporate environment. The Junior Production Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing studio and design teams, providing production support for a wide range of materials — from brochures and client proposals to digital campaigns and internal communications.

Responsibilities
  • Execute and format corporate marketing materials, ensuring consistency with established brand guidelines.

  • Produce print and digital assets including brochures, presentations, flyers, proposals, eblasts, and client-facing materials.

  • Support graphic design and marketing studio teams with high-volume production work while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

  • Work on business development materials, RFPs, and property marketing collateral with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure all graphics requests are handled on time and aligned with brand standards.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

  • Prepare, organize, and optimize design files for both print and digital delivery.

  • Follow through on feedback and apply revisions effectively, ensuring the highest quality in all deliverables.

  • Support internal communication materials, events, and promotional campaigns.



RequirementsRequirements
  • Recent graduate or early-career professional in Graphic Design or a related field, with up to 2 years of design or production experience.

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CC Libraries).

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

  • Understanding of corporate branding, layout principles, typography, and color theory across print and digital platforms.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive design production work with precision.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to take direction well, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning new design techniques and tools.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple design requests simultaneously.

  • Desire to contribute creatively while maintaining alignment with established brand systems.

  • Previous experience in corporate or professional services environments is an asset.

  • Bilingual proficiency (English/French) is a plus but not required.
