Job Scope:

The Sr. Strategic Account Manager is expected to lead the industrial enzymes and biofuel ethanol market in the Americas region and focuses on a go-to-market approach while achieving a sustainable sales pipeline. The position can be based remotely throughout the United States with the territory being North America and Latin America. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to develop grain processing business particularly in biofuel ethanol in America region as per aligned with organizational mission and targets.
  • Develop go-to-market strategy with key action plans based on in-depth understanding of the industry trend, competitor, market needs, resources and support requirement, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Comfortable with multi-cultural and remote working environment, with strong proactiveness to work across functions internally and externally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively drive opportunities and address challenges.
  • Strong background in the biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry.
  • Senior commercial experience with specialty chemicals or enzymes, including direct and indirect sales via sales channels.
  • Technical experience and people management skills are added advantages.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software, and CRM

Education and Experience:

  • At least a B.S. in Chemistry/Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering or any relevant fields
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry.

Working Conditions:

  • Remote working with travel required up to 50%
