About the Role:

We’re looking for a Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead to join our dynamic Brand Marketing team and help bring our most innovative client experiences & brand campaigns to life for our clients and prospects. This role will serve as the critical connector between Marketing and Product, helping to translate product innovation into compelling stories and integrated marketing moments. Working closely with Creative, CX, and channel teams, you’ll be responsible for coordinating GTM planning across new client-facing experiences, from personalization features to new styling experiences.

As GTM Lead, you will drive alignment on messaging strategy, support prioritization of launches, and partner with channel leads to facilitate execution strategies across paid, owned, and earned media. • Coordinate end-to-end go-to-market planning for client-facing product & brand launches
  • Partner with Creative to shape compelling visual and messaging narratives for campaigns & new experiences
  • Drive cross-functional alignment around launch priorities, key value props, and success metrics
  • Facilitate marketing channel planning in partnership with channel leads (e.g., CRM, Social, Comms, Growth), ensuring cohesive and effective execution
  • Develop clear GTM documentation and frameworks to keep stakeholders aligned and informed
  • Track and recap performance of launches to inform future GTM planning

We’re excited about you because:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or go-to-market roles
  • Experience working cross-functionally, especially across Product, Creative, and Marketing channels
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for simplifying complex ideas into clear narratives
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with an ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator—able to build trust and influence across stakeholders and partners
  • Passion for consumer products and the role brand and experience play in driving growth
Bonus if you’ve worked in ecommerce, retail, or subscription-based businesses

Why you’ll love working at Stitch Fix:

  • We are a group of bright and kind people who are motivated by challenge. You can be your authentic self here, and are empowered to encourage others to do the same!
  • We are a successful, fast-growing company at the forefront of tech and fashion, redefining retail for the next generation
  • We are a technologically and data-driven business
  • We are committed to our clients and connected through our vision of “Transforming the way people find what they love”
  • We love solving problems, thinking creatively and trying new things
  • We believe in autonomy & taking initiative
  • We are challenged, developed and have meaningful impact
  • We take what we do seriously. We don’t take ourselves seriously
  • We have a smart, experienced leadership team that wants to do it right & is open to new ideas
