Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, source candidates, screen CVs, ensure positive candidate experience, maintain ATS, assist in employer branding.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
2. Source and attract candidates through various channels
3. Screen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
4. Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience
5. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity
6. Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
7. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to the HR team and hiring managers
8. Support other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
1. 3-5 Year of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in the tech, fin-tech industry
2. Talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies would be a plus
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills
6. Ability to deliver and drive for results under pressure in a fast paced environment.
7. Strong values, ethics and integrity
8. Advanced written and verbal communication in English
