What we need

We are seeking an experienced Global SVP Engineering to head our 4 engineering offices, and lead our technology vision, strategy, and execution in the fast-evolving ad tech industry. You will drive innovation, scalability, and efficiency across our global platform team while ensuring our technology aligns with business objectives and industry trends.

As our Global SVP Engineering you will be in charge of...

Technology Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead the development of high-scale, low-latency ad-serving systems, programmatic bidding platforms, and machine-learning-driven optimization engines.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, including privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), identity solutions, and cookieless targeting approaches.

Product & Engineering Execution

  • Oversee the design and development of real-time bidding (RTB) systems, supply-side (SSP) and demand-side (DSP) platforms, and data management solutions (DMP/CDP).
  • Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of our high-throughput, cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Partner with Product Management, Data Science, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive innovation and competitive differentiation.
  • Leverage big data, AI, and machine learning knowhow to enhance targeting, attribution, and performance analytics.

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across 4 global locations.

Partnership & Compliance

  • Collaborate with external partners, including publishers, advertisers, data providers, and ad exchanges.
  • Ensure compliance with ad tech industry standards (IAB, MRC) and privacy laws.
  • Guide technology decisions related but not limited to identity resolution, contextual targeting, and post-cookie solutions.

You'll have

  • Experience in ad tech, martech, or programmatic advertising, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in RTB, header bidding, programmatic advertising, and ad-serving technologies.
  • Strong technical background in high-scale distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and data engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with big data technologies (Kafka, Spark, Snowflake, etc.) and ML/AI-driven optimization.
  • Proven ability to lead engineering teams, scale technology platforms, and drive business impact.
  • Strong understanding of privacy-first advertising, IDFA deprecation, and alternative identity solutions.
  • Experience working with SSPs, DSPs, CDPs, and data marketplaces.

Our Compensation and Benefits (for New York residents only)

{$250,000 - $300,000]

In accordance with New York law, the range provided is LoopMe’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location. All employees may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as stock-based compensation, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. LoopMe also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions.
